Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DoctorLook (the "Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order, or listing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform, and old enough to form a binding contract to buy or sell. Clinics (sellers) are responsible for ensuring they meet any legal requirements to sell their products.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may include or exclude delivery charges as shown at checkout. Orders are an offer to buy and are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Product details and images are provided by clinics. While we ask clinics to be accurate, minor variations may occur. If an item arrives significantly different from its description, contact us so we can help resolve it.

Clinics are independent student entrepreneurs who list and sell their own products. As an agent, you agree to:

• List only products you are legally permitted to sell, with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Fulfil orders you accept promptly and honour the terms shown to buyers.
• Comply with our content guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle buyer information responsibly and only for fulfilling orders.

Payments are processed through the payment gateways offered at checkout. We may hold, review, or reverse transactions where we detect fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

Agent payouts are made according to the payout schedule and any applicable platform fees communicated to clinics. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your sales.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, or restricted goods.
• Post false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Interfere with the Platform's security or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.
• Use the Platform to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Cancellation, return, and refund terms may vary by agent and product, and are shown before you complete your order. Where an order cannot be fulfilled or arrives materially different from its description, you may be entitled to a refund.

If you have an issue with an order, contact the agent first; if it isn't resolved, our support team can step in to help mediate.

The Platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by DoctorLook and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Clinics retain rights to their own content but grant us a licence to display and promote their listings on the Platform.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings, or restrict access if we believe these Terms or applicable laws have been violated, or to protect the Platform and its users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. DoctorLook acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and clinics and is not the seller of the products listed by clinics.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoctorLook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or from transactions between buyers and clinics.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
