DoctorLook ("DoctorLook", "we", "us", or "our") is a student-led marketplace that connects buyers with student entrepreneurs across Bangladesh. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, storefronts, and related services (together, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

We collect information you give us directly and information gathered automatically as you use the Platform:

• Account details — your name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
• Order information — delivery address, items purchased, order history, and communications about your orders.
• Seller information — for clinics, your shop name, product listings, payout details, and business information you choose to share.
• Payment information — payments are processed by third-party gateways; we clinic transaction references and status, not your full card or mobile-wallet credentials.
• Technical data — device type, browser, IP address, and usage patterns collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account, and process and deliver your orders.
• Operate agent and reseller programs, including listings, payouts, and shop management.
• Provide customer support and respond to your questions and requests.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Send you service updates, order notifications, and — where you have opted in — marketing messages.
• Understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the marketplace:

• With clinics and delivery partners, so your orders can be fulfilled and delivered.
• With service providers who act on our behalf, such as payment gateways, hosting, and analytics providers.
• When required by law, to comply with legal obligations or valid requests from public authorities.
• To protect the rights, property, and safety of DoctorLook, our users, and the public.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as language and theme), maintain your cart, and measure how the Platform performs.

The Platform is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
